1. Provide a button panel controller designed to mount in a two-gang European electrical junction box for the purpose of switching and control of AV equipment.
   1. Mountable button panel controller for AV and control systems.
      1. Device shall have a total of six dual color LED backlit buttons, by default two for input selection and the remaining four for power and volume control.
         1. Buttons shall illuminate white or red, depending on function, for ease of use in low-light environments.
         2. Buttons shall feature removable button caps allowing them to be custom labeled for easy identification.
      2. Device shall support the creation of IR drivers by capturing IR commands from handheld remotes. IR receiver shall be located behind the faceplate.
      3. Device shall feature a mini female USB B Port that shall be located behind the faceplate that shall allow for device configuration.
      4. Device shall have a configurable, unidirectional RS-232 port on a shared captive screw connector located on the back of the panel for universal display control
      5. Device shall have one IR port on a shared captive screw connector located on the back of the controller. This port shall allow the transmission of IR signals (using an IR emitter) for universal display control and control of other AV system components.
      6. Device shall have a 12-volt captive screw connection located on the back of the panel that will be used to power the panel using an included universal power supply.
      7. Device shall be Section 508 Compliant and shall meet or exceed accessibility standards for Electronic Information Technology.
      8. Device shall include a white magnetically-attached faceplate.
      9. Device shall ship with a Button Label Sheet that can be used if button text customization is desired.
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall have the ability to be mounted directly in a wall, lectern, or other flat surface.
      2. Device shall be able to mount in a standard two-gang European electrical junction box.
   3. Software requirements
      1. Device shall be configured using MLC 55, 62 and 64 Series Configuration software.
