Logitech Benelux Experience Center Enhanced with Extron Integrated Collaboration Solutions

Anaheim, California (January 30, 2020) - Extron and Logitech are cementing their relationship in the collaboration space with the upgrade of the conferencing rooms of the Dutch Logitech Experience Center. The new systems clearly demonstrate to visitors the unique integrated conferencing solution that Logitech and Extron can deliver, offering a truly seamless collaboration experience for corporate users.

Teams from both companies worked together to outfit three different size conferencing spaces--small, medium, and large--to show how a complete integrated approach can simplify all aspects of the day-to-day operation of video conferencing with interactive collaboration. In each room, a Logitech Tap is equipped with Extron control systems, offering users significant expansion of meeting collaboration features and the convenience of AV room control, all from a familiar user interface.

Extron Cable Cubby cable access enclosures create an organized, professional-looking environment and provide connections for data, video, and power for laptops brought in by meeting attendees. The Cable Cubby enclosures make it a truly multi-platform collaboration solution. They provide HDMI and USB-C video, USB-C power, network connectivity, while also enabling users to access the signals from the Logitech camera and microphones on their laptops. The unique Extron Cable Retraction system neatly stores all the cables under the table when not in use.

Wireless connectivity for laptops and other mobile devices is provided by the Extron ShareLink Pro 1000 wireless presentation system. The ShareLink Pro 1000 features a suite of security protocols and 128-bit encryption to ensure a safe and protected collaboration environment. It solves a common issue for IT administrators who want to offer secure wireless access for guests, while keeping them separated from the corporate network.
