RGB Integration Appointed to Distribute Inline, Inc. Products In Australia and New Zealand

Anaheim, California (August 16, 2002) – Andrew C. Edwards, President and Chief Executive Officer of Extron Electronics, Chairman of the board of Inline Inc. announced today that as part of the combination of operations of the these well known computer-video interfacing companies announced earlier today, RGB Integration will be appointed to distribute Inline products throughout Australia and New Zealand as of November 1, 2002. RGB Integration is located in Adelaide and is the current distributor of Extron products for Australia and New Zealand. As Extron's distributor for the area, RGB Integration will provide sales and support for Inline products in addition to Extron products.
